Equipment Description
The main body of the Carrier Tape Production Machine forming machine can produce carrier tapes with a width of 12 to 88 millimeters, with a stable production speed of 200 to 300 meters per hour (the production capacity varies depending on the thickness of the raw materials and the size of the product cavity). It is suitable for raw materials such as PS, PET, and PC. The tape winding device can wind super-large reels with a diameter of over 1 meter.
Performance Features
This carrier tape production machine offers outstanding adjustability. Mold installation, removal and adjustment are all straightforward and user-friendly. Technicians can complete one-step adjustment of heating, forming and punching molds directly from the front of the machine, reducing setup time to within one hour and greatly improving mold change efficiency. It is equipped with a direct-drive servo motor belt-pulling system to ensure high-precision feeding and stable operation.
The machine features a compact structure and reasonable layout with a small footprint. The system is controlled via an intuitive touch screen, with an independent control panel designed for ergonomic operation, making it convenient for operators to use.
