Pallet Transfer with Carrier Tape Packaging Machine

1. Manually place a stack of trays at the tray station (capacity: 10–20 trays).
The Pallet Transfer With Carrier Tape Packaging Machine automatically picks up the top layer of products and transfers them to the conveyor belt, which then transports the products to the inspection camera.Once in position, automatic visual inspection is performed.
Accepted products are picked by the robotic arm and placed into the carrier tape, after which the machine automatically seals and rewinds the tape.Non-conforming (NG) products are directly sorted into the reject box without packaging.

2. The packaging quantity per tray can be set, with front and rear spacing adjustable.
The machine supports both cold sealing and heat sealing modes.

3. Main CCD inspection functions include:
verifying correct product orientation, detecting missing or reversed components, and reading QR codes on the product surface, with data automatically uploaded to the Max system.

4. Empty Tray & Product Tray Handling
Operators manually place stacked trays at the tray feeding station (up to 10–20 trays at a time). The machine automatically retrieves components from the top tray. Once emptied, trays are automatically collected from the rear and transferred into the collection box at the back of the machine (provided by the customer).

5. Product Changeover (Two Methods)
a. For different tray sizes:
Manually adjust the four-side limiters at the product tray station and empty tray station to match the tray dimensions. On the operation screen, recall and save the XY platform transfer times and distances. The machine will run according to the saved parameters without further manual adjustment. The carrier track width is adjusted manually.

b. For different tray sizes and varying XY platform transfer parameters:
Recall the parameter group corresponding to the previous product model on the operation screen and save it to the operation page. The machine will run automatically based on the set parameters. The carrier track width is adjusted manually.

• The True-color Xinjie touch screen, Xinjie PLC and Panasonic servo
• Motor are guaranteed for three years (replacement within one year).
